Your new company A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider in Melbourne's South-East requires a Senior Level 2 IT Support Engineer for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:
Providing 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk.
Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 & Level 2 Service Desk Engineers.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in providing 2nd level IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows 7-10, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, VMware / Hyper-V and Network troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications are beneficial.
Prior experience working within Managed Services, Aged Care, Healthcare or Education is highly advantageous.
Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
