Requirements
- Leading the design and implementation of responsive REACT-based user interfaces for both internal and external users.
- Leading a team while collaborating with multiple data interfaces for seamless data exchange.
- Developing rich applications using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and ReactJS.
- Utilising Java 11 and cloud-based development environments.
- Implementing API and micro-service architecture.
- Providing guidance on UI development best practices to other team members.
- Reviewing work from fellow developers to ensure consistency in design and implementation.
- Working collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team environment.
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and cross-skilling among team members.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing responsive user interfaces.
- Proficiency in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and ReactJS.
- Experience with Java 11 and cloud-based development environments.
- Strong understanding of API and micro-service architecture.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
