Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Lawyer, but we are happy to be flexible on hours for the right candidate. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters that relate primarily to property law. including seniors living, commercial, and property law.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience in property law
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
knowledge of commercial and / or succession law will be regarded as a plus
Practising certificate required
