About the Role: As the Lead Planner, you will be at the forefront of one of the most significant infrastructure projects in the region. You will manage and guide a dedicated planning team professional, ensuring the successful execution of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Your expertise in planning for high-value construction projects will be crucial in driving the project's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning process for the project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure all planning activities are on track.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading planning for high-value projects (preferably over $500 million).
- Strong background in construction-based projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Exceptional organisational and communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
