We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to use your Learning and Development expertise to drive high quality capability and talent management programs for TeamDEWR. You will work on capability program design procurement, liaise with external providers to coordinate the development of tailored programs, and identify opportunities to improve our L&D services.
The key duties of the position include
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Assistant Director, Capability to:
- provide business areas with support and advice to further develop capability in identified skill and knowledge areas
- support the People and Organisation Design Branches with development of targeted learning programs and initiatives aligned with the department's strategic frameworks and key focus areas.
- Undertaking procurement activities and ongoing contract management.
- Coordinating program management in partnership with external providers.
- Sourcing and compiling evaluation data and preparing dashboard reporting on program metrics.
- Managing and developing our fabulous junior staff.
- Contributing to innovative HR joint projects and initiatives.
