What you get out of it:
You get 70% Commission of every Placement you make…(I know right ;-)
Most of our team make on average $10k - $30k a month or more. (1-4 placements per month). Some of our Recruiters have made 5 placements in a week at times. ($62k in a week).
We get paid 7 days from candidate start date once we place them…
Your earning capacity is uncapped! Work hard, make placements, get paid...repeat!
(This Recruiter role is Commission Only! I'm telling you that upfront, because I dont want applicants that can't back themselves. Each one of our team is earning more than they ever have before…and yes, you can call them and ask.)

Who we're looking for:
We are looking for Experienced Recruiters from any industry background that can turn their hand to Real Estate Recruitment.
You need to be prepared to work full-time from Home (8:30am - 5:30pm, 5 days a week) and help our clients win the talent attraction game…

About you:
- Extensive 360 Recruitment Agency Exp is a must.
- Solid track record in making placements (2 + placements a month).
- Want more flexibility without compromising earning potential.
- Have a home office / computer / phone etc.
- Can work on Commission Only.
- Australian Residents Only (No work Visa or Non-residents).
- You are resilient and willing to work your butt off.
- Savvy.
- Exceptionally well Presented.
- Weapon on the phones (Not afraid to Cold Call).
- Can back yourself.
- Natural Sales ability.
- Awesome with people.
- Diligent.
- Reliable.
- Honest.
- Eye for detail.
- Good at picking who will crush it and who won't (gut instinct).
- Strong business developer and closer.
- Like helping people find the right work (it's a good feel job).
- Ability to work autonomously from Home without being pushed.
- Great relationship builder.
- Strong admin skills.
- Amazing Computer and Social Media skills.
- Strong Follow-up.
- Drivers License and reliable car.
- Own ABN or willing to work as a commission only contractor.
About the role:
- 5 Days a week (8:30am - 5:30pm).
- Manage your own time, tasks and working hours.
- Complete flexibility. Do it your way (but we'll show you what works).
- Extensive ongoing training provided.
- Awesome easy to use online CRM Provided.
- 1st Page Google Rank (helps make the phone ring-in)
- Full 360 end-to-end Recruitment. (You must be a hunter).
- Leverage our existing relationships with the biggest brands in the market.
- Pick up Jobs, Find the Candidates and Place them.
- Forge new ground into areas of the market we are not active.
- Calling Agencies with a view to taking Job briefs.
- Writing Job Ads for the Website and SEEK. (Access provided).
- Headhunt. (call to find the most desirable candidates)
- 70% of each placement fee going to you.
- Some leads provided / shared (Clients, Jobs & Candidates)
- $10k - $30k + per month OTE is very realistic.
