What this opportunity involves:
As the Senior Lease Administration Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing Lease Administration activities and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of lease-related data. You will be responsible for various Lease Administration functions, including rent roll management, lease event reporting, data entry, and financial reconciliations.
With a high degree of independence, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and provide technical support for Lease Administration systems and tools.
An Overview of the role:

  • Manage the account Rent Roll process and ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Calculate fixed, CPI, and lease events reports for Lease Administrators on a monthly basis
  • Instruct offshore team on abstracting leases and portfolio updates
  • Maintain vendor/landlord details as required
  • Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and process flows
  • Maintain various trackers for data governance and compliance
  • Perform document and data management tasks
  • Assist with AP/AR reconciliations and budgeting activities
  • Assist with data integrity procedures and annual auditing
  • Manage recurring adhoc leasing payments promptly
  • Conduct monthly audit compliance reporting

  • Some experience within corporate administrative roles or property management is desirable
  • Understanding of rent roll reporting and commericla contracts would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in utilising Microsoft office suite to extract data and manage high-volume correspondence
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
