A leading landlord with a large portfolio of shopping centres across NSW, dedicated to providing clients with exceptional service and tailored solutions. With a strong reputation, they are seeking a Senior Leasing Executive to play a key role in the continued success of their shopping centres.
About the role:
As a Senior Leasing Executive, you will look after a portion of the retail portfolio responsible for identifying and securing leasing opportunities across the centres while staying on top of market trends, new retailers & competitor activity.

• Negotiation of new and existing leases
• Continue to grow relationships with current retail tenants
• Reduce vacancy rates of the centres in portfolio
• Work closely with stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of at least 4 years leasing within the retail sector.
