About the role
This position will operate under limited direction of the Senior Finance Manager and will assume the role to manage and oversee Lutheran Disability Services (LDS) client budgets and contracts for both NDIS funded supports and individual board and lodging arrangements through effective leadership, strategic thinking, advice and practical hands on support.
The Key areas include but are not limited to:
- Administration of Client Service Agreement Management, including drafting, reviewing and amending agreements as required within NDIS regulations
- Manage the LDS client billings and invoicing system; ensure invoicing is both timely and accurate.
- Assist in the development of SIL budgets and quotes in conjunction with Client Services and NDIS Manager.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS billing requirements (in respect to the NDIS Price Guide and NDIS Terms of Business).
- Administration of Board and Lodging Agreement Management, including drafting, reviewing and amending agreements as required.
- Lead and supervise a small rostering team.
- Assist with control of LDS Financial Risks; credit risk and debtor control
What you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MYOB and Xero experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills - able to plan and manage own workload
- A strategic mindset with strong problem solving skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
- A current NDIS worker clearance or willingness to complete one
- Proof of COVID vaccination status
