As we embark on the next phase of our growth journey, we have a new opportunity for a Communications Manager to join the team at DiJones.

The Role:
You will be a confident, professional Communications Manager/Specialist, who is looking for a part-time permanent opportunity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of long-term communications plans to support the organisation’s key strategic priorities.
- Write clear, concise and strategically responsive messaging across DiJones communication channels.
- Lead the development of internal and external communications ensuring DiJones is well represented in wider communities.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and external partners.
- Privacy – it’s a growing area for us and we need you to help us in this space.
You’ll have:
- 3 - 5 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
- A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, PR or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of communication software and analytics tools.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities and are able to adapt to different mediums and tones.
- An instinct for a good story and willingness to seek out interviews and story opportunities within the organisation to share with a wider audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and detail, and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Customer Relation Management technology (CRM), content management systems (CMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to pivot projects and priorities demonstrating agility and flexibility in managing tasks.
- A natural self-starter who can get on the job independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence others.
- Experience in real estate is desirable but certainly not essential.
