AddressThis well-established Law firm in East Perth are seeking a Senior Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the team on a permanent basis. 4 days would be considered for the right applicant based on experience. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Legal support professional to join a well respected team working across interesting matters in the mining space.
The Role
Providing high grade secretarial/paralegal work, responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Matter management
- Inbox management
- Monthly reporting
- Reviewing tenement applications online
- Updating correspondence
- Updating case notes and correspondence
- Document preparation
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- 5+ years experience in a legal support position
- Knowledge in relevant Mining legislations such as the Aboriginal Heritage Act and Department of Mines would be highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
Applicants must be onshore in Australia with full working rights.
