The Legal team is currently seeking an experienced Projects Lawyer to join their team and provide legal support on several CLEAN ENERGY or renewables project including:
- Acquisition of project facilities;
- Contracts and strategy for procurement, construction, and engineering, and operations;
- Hybrid projects, including energy storage;
- Hydrogen;
- Power purchase agreements, including corporate and captive power purchase agreements;
- Renewables commercial and regulatory issues;
- Risk advisory, including sanctions and export controls, and human rights;
- Solar, including photovoltaic and CSP;
- Waste-to-energy; and
- Wind, including onshore, offshore, and floating offshore.
- Possess at least 7 years' PQE gained within a tier one law firm or in-house role;
- Ensure that work is progressed in a timely fashion and that the operations and construction business unit is kept regularly informed on progress;
- Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal skills to meet the drafting and presentation aspects of the role;
- Maintain clear communication links with colleagues; and
- Ensure good working relationships with colleagues and external service providers.

- Excellent writing skills, with strong drafting abilities;
- Ability to effectively manage own workload, undertaking a business-facing role;
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and with external professionals;
