THE ROLE
- Diary management
- Opening and closing of all matters and files
- File management
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Research for Partner and team
- Electronic stamping of NSW documents
- Billing and invoicing
- Drafting documents
- Conducting online searches
- Filing and general administrative work
- Plus more!
- You have at least 2-3 years as a Legal Secretary, ideally in Property, Commercial and/or Probate but not essential
- Strong skills in MS Office, and knowledge of Pexa and Leap Legal ideal
- Ability to transcribe documents with fast and accurate typing
- Extremely well organised and able to juggle conflicting tasks
- Team player with an even-tempered nature and someone who loves working within a team environment
- Ideally you live locally and prefer a role close to home on the upper or lower North Shore, or North-West area.
- You have unrestricted working rights - no WHV unfortunately
- This role is paying $75-80K+s
- 9 am to 5 pm
