Supporting a Senior Partner and a team, you you will have the chance to significantly enhance the daily operations of the practice.
On a day to day basis, your duties will include:
- Extensive diary and email management
- Monthly Billing, time entry and expense management
- Assisting in organising events, seminars, travel and conferences
- Drafting and formatting contracts, documents and correspondence
- Opening files, running conflict checks, and closing files
- General administrator duties such as filing, printing, and dictation
- 3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within a transactional team)
- A desire for longevity in a support position
- A proven ability to work well under pressure
- Advanced MS Suite skills
- Excellent communications and problem solving skills
- A positive and proactive approach
