The Role
This firm is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support the Plaintiff Insurance team specialising in MVA matters. You will be helping support in a range of matters, with a focus on securing the best result for the Plaintiff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary & Email management
- Preparing, processing, and editing legal documents
- Preparing briefs
- Litigation experience
- Liaising with clients Typing dictations
- Drafting subpoenas
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties
About You
You will need to have a motivated and organised personality and be available to work full time in their CBD office.
Key requirements will include:
- Proven Legal Secretarial experience within Personal Injury focusing on MVA (Motor Vehicle Accidents)
- Confidence liaising with clients, lawyers, and senior staff members
- Strong attention to detail, along with exceptional organisational skills.
- Competent time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Previous experience using Open Practice & Lawdocs
Up to $90,000 PKG depending on relevant experience as a Senior Secretary
Full-time in CBD office Monday – Friday 08.30am – 5pm
