- Proven expertise in knowing property rights and land development processes
- Train and guide more junior Surveyors in surveying techniques and relevant legislation
- Drive continuous process improvement for business process and operations
- Understand the broader engineering, design or advisory solution when consulting with clients

Senior Licensed Surveyor role. Specifically
- Flexibility to work across a wide variety of cadastral and engineering survey projects
- Demonstrated project management experience including project financials
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate others will be highly regarded
- Experience in the use of Leica equipment is preferred but not essential, together with the use of Liscad, MicroStation and AutoCAD
- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or an equivalent qualification
