About the roleThe Senior Operator is a Full-time position, based at our Martini site in Ingleburn. Reporting to Production Manager you will be responsible for setting the line up for Production. In this role you will:
- Apply all skills and responsibilities acquired for Entry Level and Experienced End of Line operators.
- Locate and operate emergency stops when required.
- Apply safety lock out and isolation procedure.
- Apply WH&S work practices and procedures
- Check and report consumable usage and requirements each week.
- Communicate relevant information to oncoming shift at shift change over.
- Open and clean fly comb.
- Ensure master samples and master specifications are stored and kept up to date.
- Perform product size change (weight, width and thickness) within a production run.
- Determine optimum production output speeds and settings, based on-line capacity and product conformance.
Your hours are Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am. A current Forklift and EWP licence is required for this role.
