Senior Management Consultant

We are currently seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key player at Intuis, you will be responsible for leading transformative initiatives, providing strategic insights, and driving client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in HR thought leadership, a proven track record in impactful HR technology consulting, and the ability to operate independently while supporting team cohesiveness.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Relationships

• Build enduring relationships based on trust and credibility.
• Foster collaboration within the project team for effective delivery.
• Lead and contribute to client engagements through proactive communication.

Business Growth and Development

• Coach and mentor Analysts and Consultants for professional development.
• Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs.
• Contribute to proposal development and Intuis content library.

Project Delivery and Solution Design

• Ensure client satisfaction through reliable project delivery.
• Oversee larger and more strategic HR technology projects.
• Lead the design of sustainable training, systems, and process solutions.

Change and Project Management Support

• Demonstrate understanding of project and change management tools.
• Support Change Manager and Project Manager in ensuring project milestones are met.
• Upskill stakeholders for project success at go-live and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven success in impactful HR technology consulting.
• Significant technical experience across HRIS technologies
• Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
