We are looking for a Senior Manager Advice & Planning to join the Relationship Partners Team. You will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of specialists to ensure a high standard of clinical and care outcomes for clients under myHomecare Group’s Approved Provider accountabilities.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate with Operations and Quality to provide best practice care and clinical advice and planning in partnership with clients, with the outcome being that clients live safely, well, and independently at home.

What does the role entail?
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the clinical team to deliver high quality client experiences that deliver improved client satisfaction and client retention and ensure that the clinical team provides proactive advice and assistance to clients and Relationship Partners.
- Proactively communicate and engage with key stakeholders.
- Lead the clinical team to support the Relationship Managers in the efficient and effective application of myHomecare Group clinical quality and safeguarding policy, process and systems in accordance with the strengthened Quality Standards.
- Provide a duty of care to clients by anticipating risks (both clinical and non-clinical) which could reasonably injure or harm them and recommend suitable solutions in conjunction with the care team.
- Lead effective incident management processes in line with the incident management framework.
- Ensure client engagement notes are maintained on the appropriate information system/CRM to ensure a clear audit trail of client interactions, health conditions and communications and to ensure that audit compliance standards are met.
- Ensure all accreditation and compliance requirements are met.
- Proactively contribute to quality improvement and innovation with a practical and collaborative approach.
- Monitor clinical and quality indicators, trends and analysis, report findings and share learnings.
We are looking for someone with:
- Current Registered Nurse qualification is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with effective time management skills.
- Ability to develop a relationship with clients, their family and employees.
- Willingness to learn new systems, policies and procedures and be challenged by the development of a high growth business.
- Experience in Aged Care, Community Home Care Customer service skills and existing knowledge of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills.
