This Opportunity

As the Senior Commercial Growth Manager, you will be responsible for performance tracking & forecasting, identifying gaps and areas of opportunity, developing strategies to drive growth, and working collaboratively with the Felix team to execute the growth strategy.

Responsibilities

Commercial Performance Reporting & Forecasting

  • Deliver reporting on the performance in weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews – including commentary & insights on drivers of performance vs. budget, gap analysis and recommendations.
  • Communicate a clear narrative regarding budget vs. performance to both the felix team and TPG stakeholders.
  • Identification of insights & opportunities, risks, threats & recommendations, including ad-hoc investigation of competitor activities, market dynamics and emerging trends.
  • Facilitate and manage the annual budget process to ensure ambitious but realistic targets are set that are supported by the right level or investment and resources.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market dynamics, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to optimize forecast accuracy.

Pricing & Customer Growth Strategy

  • Drive the pricing and new customer growth strategy, including developing actionable plans to overcome challenges, bridge gap to budget and leverage opportunities to drive sustainable customer growth.
  • Own pricing and promotions strategy across digital and mass retail channels to drive acquisition, including working closely with and leveraging the expertise of the TPG Commercial Prepaid Pricing team.
  • Identify and explore other growth initiatives, new business opportunities and acquisition-style partnerships.

Collaborate to deliver the Customer Growth Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the felix marketing, product & development team and the broader TPG prepaid team, to ensure seamless execution of pricing and customer growth strategies.
  • Foster collaborative relationships, effective communication channels and alignment of efforts to maximize the impact on customer growth and achieving customer targets.

Knowledge and experience

  • 8+ years in a commercial focussed role with strong experience in pricing analysis, business case development, financial modelling and evaluation.
  • P&L / budget management experience
  • Strong analytical ability and investigative skills, be data driven.
  • Effective written and communications skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders to enable the required outcomes to be achieved.
  • Ability to independently run multiple projects.
  • Isn't afraid to take risks and embraces the unexpected.
  • Always looking for ways to improve and has the courage and resilience to challenge the status quo.
  • Brings a dash of organisation and an eagle eye for detail.
  • Telco experience preferred.
