This role will be primarily focused on assisting with the expansion of the brand to European markets, including providing analysis of international market landscape, developing pricing and promotion strategies, developing financial models, as well as business partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

After a successful launch internationally, the business is now expanding to European markets and seeking for a commercially astute Senior Commercial Analyst to lead the financial and commercial modelling.
Description
- Develop and recommend suitable pricing and promotion strategies considering profitability, competitor positioning and customer strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models (P&Ls) for assigned markets/customers, forecasting sales, costs, and profitability.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of market entry and expansion plans.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with budget and profitability goals.
- Analyse international market competition, regulatory landscape, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Develop customer specific promotional programs covering pricing depth & frequency, event-based campaigns, loyalty programs and in-store execution.
- Collaborate with internal and third-party supply partners to establish and maintain smooth product flow and inventory management.
- Adhoc tasks as required.
Profile
- At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role or capacity in a medium to large FMCG organisation
- Tertiary Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and project management skills
- CA/CPA qualification
- A proactive self-starter with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate articulately and effectively to finance and non-finance stakeholders
