- Develop and recommend suitable pricing and promotion strategies considering profitability, competitor positioning and customer strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models (P&Ls) for assigned markets/customers, forecasting sales, costs, and profitability.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of market entry and expansion plans.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure alignment with budget and profitability goals.
- Analyse international market competition, regulatory landscape, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Develop customer specific promotional programs covering pricing depth & frequency, event-based campaigns, loyalty programs and in-store execution.
- Collaborate with internal and third-party supply partners to establish and maintain smooth product flow and inventory management.
- Adhoc tasks as required.
- At least 4-5 years' experience in a similar role or capacity in a medium to large FMCG organisation
- Tertiary Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and project management skills
- CA/CPA qualification
- A proactive self-starter with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate articulately and effectively to finance and non-finance stakeholders
