Join Tabcorp as a Senior Compliance Manager! This role is responsible for making compliance simple at Tabcorp and ensuring that we understand and meet our compliance obligations.
What you'll do:
- Execute Tabcorp’s compliance strategy across the organisation.
- Design and maintain Tabcorp’s Compliance Management framework with a focus on fit for purpose, simplicity, practicality and continuous improvement over time.
- Implement robust processes to identify all compliance requirements that apply to Tabcorp.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their compliance requirements and implement controls to comply with requirements.
- Design and maintain a compliance monitoring program including performance of attestations to monitor compliance performance.
- Develop and implement compliance training and awareness programs to enhance compliance culture across the organisation.
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in navigating complex regulatory environments and managing compliance with multiple regulators with diverse legislation across various states and territories.
- Demonstrated capability in creating and building comprehensive processes and compliance frameworks from scratch.
- Ability to take initiative and operate independently and autonomously.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively drive change and simplify complex compliance requirements in a clear and understandable manner for stakeholders across the organisation.
- Track record of success in driving compliance excellence and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
