Senior Manager, Housing & Communities

As specialist recruitment partners to the Community Housing sector, our organisation Community Consulting Australia are recruiting an exciting Senior Manager, Housing & Communities position for our client based in Brisbane.

As the Senior Manager, Housing & Communities you will be responsible for leading the organisations Housing and Community teams ensuring best practice across all housing programs within their property portfolio, ensuring first class service delivery of customer service, tenancy management and community development.

The successful candidate will have significant experience at leadership level within the public or community housing sector, with proficiency around tenancy management, community engagement and contract management.

You will display excellent people management and communication skills, have an appetite for innovation and be a self-motivated leader and mentor who is accountable for their decisions. You will champion operational excellence, display a proficient business acumen and have a tertiary qualification in either Housing, Business, Management or Community Services.

A key aspect of this position is contributing to the development and implementation of social impact, driving the teams to ensure social outcomes are measured in accordance with Social Impact Framework and contributing to the organisation's growth strategy.
