Location Negotiable (subject to campus availability)
Permanent Full-time
Salary package of up to $206,130 includes a base salary of ($183,633) + employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
Make your mark in this brand new role as the Senior Manager Information Governance & Access within TAFE NSW's Governance & Corporate Compliance Team!
Bring your subject matter expertise and leadership to the development and implementation of records management and information access frameworks that support user friendly compliance with the State Records Act 1998 and the Government Information (Public Access) 2009 (GIPA) Act.
Take a strategic and risk based approach to building the capacity and awareness of the senior leadership cohort and collaborate to find effective solutions that meet business requirements. Specifically, the Senior Manager Information Governance & Access ensures effective and customer centric records management and information access frameworks and technical solutions, that comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
About You
An ideal candidate would have experience with Information Governance in a large, complex organisation. Experience rolling out an electronic documents management system is also highly desirable as this will be a project you will take on later in the year.
You have a strong background in records management and information access, with a proven track record of driving compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering innovative solutions. The candidate should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build capacity and awareness of regulatory requirements across the senior leadership cohort.
