- Salary $120,859 to $133,183 plus super and leave loading. Clerk Grade 9/10.

The Information and Technology division drives digital innovation and the way we interact with our customers through the development of digital products, IT support, cyber security, and Information Management services.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity that will see you leading a team that champions best practice Information Management operations to further develop NSWTG's Information Management maturity.
You will take ownership of Content Manager (TRIM) to ensure NSWTG's information is managed appropriately according to legislative requirements. Additionally:
- You'll provide strong leadership across the organisation as you and your team deliver high quality Information Management operational support, expert advice and training for Content Manager (TRIM) to all staff.
- You'll build and implement a service desk function for Content Manager (TRIM)
- You'll coach and nurture your team to perform at their best and advance their technical and soft skills.
- You'll contribute to the delivery of an Information Management strategy and data governance program that will support and advance the strategic vision of the organisation.
- You'll contribute to major organisational change to lift Information Management capability within the Information Management team and across the wider business and oversee the operations of the Information Management support functions including Mail and Registry Services to ensure the delivery of optimal service to internal and external customers.
About you

- Able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in the use and administration of Content Manager (TRIM), including system configurations and upgrades.
- Significantly experienced working in an Information Management or data governance function, with exceptional knowledge of the legislative requirements relating to records and Information Management.
- Highly skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation to drive improvements to the organisation's Information Management landscape.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
