As the Senior Manager, Integration, you will be leading the Private Wealth impact assessment of other Line of Business Value Chain initiatives to ensure recognition and clarity of Private Wealth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with key integration functions within relevant distribution businesses to align best practice and clarify impacts of VC changes
- Driving Private Wealth agenda across the enterprise to ensure recognition and clarity of Private Wealth needs and requirements and VC changes are aligned to business interests
- Providing clarity of stakeholder priorities/ business plans, assessing impact to roles in Private Wealth
- Representing Private Wealth on VC initiatives/ Group projects and planned change
- Defining, documenting and translating Private Wealth requirements and strongly influence scope and solution design to ensure Private Wealth's requirements are met on Group VC projects and initiatives

What do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of Westpac Group Products, Digital offering, and Lending & Operations functions
- Strong influencing, negotiating and stakeholder management ability - able to engage leaders across Private Wealth and Westpac Group
- Strategic and commercial thinking, planning and prioritisation
- Strong commercial acumen with broad experience across any one or more of the key stakeholder areas and/or as a Private Wealth leader in key functions
- Strong decision making ability with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
