Your new role
This newly created role will report to Business Enablement Lead. In your new role you will initially sit within a program of work implementing the future AustralianSuper member service model. You will be required to establish the Knowledge Management and Capability Team. Your role will be responsible for the introduction of a document repository for Fund Services which will enable our people to access information and to be trained in a consistent manner. You will be responsible for building both the Knowledge Management and Development of Training. This function will support multiple teams.

We seek someone who has developed and implemented a similar function previously and has the willingness to continuously improve both themselves and the teams around them, while contributing both functional expertise and broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-fund initiatives.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and deliver user friendly documentation that is intricate in delivering excellent service to our members.
- Engage with leaders of other teams to help them to understand the repository and content that will enable them to upskill their people. This will also enable continuous improvement to be implemented.
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the Knowledge Management function within Fund Services
- Develop framework to ensure knowledge is captured, measured for effectiveness, and continuously governed.
- Build the function and team from the ground up, engaging with all other leaders who would be consumers of the service.
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders such as Leaders, Business Owners, Product Owners, Business Analysts and SMEs to set up, capture and maintain knowledge.
- Deliver to the business plan for Fund Services.
- Ensure the operation teams have correct operating instructions to meet the near term and strategic goals and operational plans of AustralianSuper - right people, right place, right skills, at the right time.
What you'll need
- Previous experience in the establishment of Knowledge Management frameworks and repositories.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of expertise. administering Knowledge Management tools for a large organisation, including system configurations and upgrades.
- Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write clear, concise, operational, and professional procedures.
- Ability to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors.
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach to relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrate an advanced level of skill and accuracy for all relevant document production software including Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and any other document management software utilised by the AustralianSuper.
- Significant experience working in a records and information management function, with exceptional knowledge of legislative requirements.
