Join our Macquarie Capital group in Sydney as a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager where you’ll utilise your creative and strategic skills to create impact and help continue the evolution of Macquarie Capital’s Marketing and communication initiatives.

This is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?

As the Marketing and CommunicationsSenior Manager, you will play a critical role in how we tell our story externally, engage our staff internally and share ideas and best practices to grow our team services and impact. In this unique cover role, you will drive APAC projects alongside our team in Sydney, work collaboratively to support global initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders across the global business to ensure strategic and commercial alignment. This will include ensuring the successful delivery of a pipeline of work that spans internal communications, staff engagement, external content and collateral, digital and social media, and events support.

What you offer

• 7+ years of Marketing and Communications experience, ideally in a fast-paced, financial/ professional services environment with regulated brands
• Recent leadership position, managing and developing a high-performing team and leading large-scale projects
• A broad skillset covering strategy, copywriting, creative direction and production management, across a range of Marketing and Communications products and channels
• Confidence partnering with, presenting to and advising senior business stakeholders
• A collaborative, flexible and growth-driven mindset.
