- Partner with idX Marketing Automation and campaign delivery teams to create best in class campaigns
- Leveraging customer insights from Data Science, Analytics and competitor trends, to develop Rewards contact strategy and annual go-to-market plans.
- Harness the power of AI Decision Engine technology across multiple channels to create groundbreaking and captivating marketing campaigns
- Participate in shaping the future roadmap of marketing requirements for automated campaigns.
- Establish and maintain streamlined processes and procedures that ensure the effective management of our Decision Engine Technology..
- Proven experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with proven ability in fostering a collaborative work environment
- Strong understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, predictive modelling and financial modelling.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities, developing and leading successful strategies and contact plans to budget..
- Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
