The Role

Do you have extensive experience in Organisational Development and design methodologies that motivate, empower, and improve employees’ capabilities? Are your practices contemporary, outside the box, and identify the best approaches for inclusivity?

What will you bring
Reporting to the Director of People, Safety and Culture, your goals will include leading a diverse and experienced team of specialists who:
thrive on creating new ways of working
implementing new strategies to enhance culture
building an empire of talented and savvy individuals across the organisation
We want you to work with our people, inside and out, including:
Lead the development and review of exciting new framework projects
Implementation of an organisation wide Respect and Equality Strategy
Employee induction and sustainability
Workforce Planning
Analyse and identify opportunities for growth across the business.
This is a statewide role that prioritises people above all else. We also offer flexibility in where you work, whether that’s at home, or at a different campus with different teams. So, wherever you may be, we can support your integration into the business.
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is essential, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
