Primary Objective:
Reporting into the General Manager, Safety, People and Governance, the Senior Manager People Services is responsible for leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of user-centred services that support the effective management of PWC’s employee lifecycle. Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, the role leads internal customer service initiatives and provides strategic insights on opportunities for increased performance and business benefits.
A change agent, the position leads the creation and adoption of innovative processes, including increased accessibility and automation, and ways of working designed to enhance employee satisfaction and performance. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
