The role:
The Consumer Lending team is seeking an energetic, collaborative and results driven Senior Manager to lead portfolio performance across Citi Line of Credit Products, Citi Personal Loans and Coles Personal Loans.
As the Senior Manager, Engagement & Retention , you will be responsible for developing and executing the engagement and retention strategy across the consumer lending portfolio. The key purpose is to deliver on key portfolio financial and customer targets and owning the overall customer communications program.
The day to day responsibilities will include:
- Lead the implementation and execution of portfolio activities to existing base of consumer lending customers. This includes achieving customer outcomes and sales targets for ongoing campaigns such as balance transfers, usage campaigns; and supporting with retention frameworks and activities to minimise attrition and identifying solutions for product changes such as pricing and fee changes, channel launches, communication strategy
- Developing and implementing customer strategies to drive portfolio performance
- Leading the development and design of existing customer communications including marketing campaigns, website updates and terms and conditions changes
- Ensure proper documentation of all policies and procedures, including controls and governance of campaign and project approvals, execution, and fulfillment
- Assist with reporting and MIS of existing customer portfolio and campaigns
What you will bring:
- In-depth experience in product management, portfolio management and/or personal loans an advantage coupled with Banking experience preferably in consumer/unsecured lending
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in key P&L drivers of consumer lending portfolio
- Ability to analyse portfolio performance and customer behaviour, and develop resulting strategies/initiatives
- Proven track record in driving customer and portfolio performance
- Accustomed to managing multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
- Sound knowledge of Personal Loans market
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading high preforming teams
- Strong collaboration and ability to communicate with multiple teams with key stakeholder groups
- Tertiary qualification(s) in a related discipline
