YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Sydney based Senior Manager, with a passion for Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Risk / Consulting team within a professional services environment or internal audit team within Financial Services. Working in a collaborative, supportive team environment you will be supported to enhance your career through exposure to a broad range of engagements.
Understanding how to grow our clients’ business means you will get involved a broad range of activities including:
- Building successful relationships by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable commercial outcomes
- Leading collaborative Risk Consulting / internal audit teams on a range of financial services engagements, and effectively communicating outcomes and recommendations to Audit Committees and senior executives
- Coaching and mentoring team members to continually develop the team’s capabilities to provide a high level of engagement
- Working closely with internal teams, as well as clients to identify business development opportunities that will add value to our client’s business
- Staying up to date with the ever-changing regulatory landscape and best practice

- Proven track record working in a Risk / Consulting team within a professional services environment or internal audit team within Financial Services
- Demonstrated ability to think critically
- Collaborative and consultative approach to working with diverse stakeholder’s
- Professional qualification in CA or equivalent
