As a Senior Manager - Strategic Programs & Transformation, your role is crucial in executing our business strategy. Picture yourself driving organisational change, fostering innovation, and leading strategic initiatives to ensure the successful transformation of our business and delivery of strategic outcomes. We are seeking someone with your strategic mindset, strong project and change management skills, and ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
The Role
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps and delivery plans, applying effective prioritisation techniques to sequence initiatives.
Collaborate with HR to develop and execute change management plans, ensuring smooth transitions and maximising employee engagement.
Support business stakeholders, ensuring all elements of operating model design are considered in program scope and factored into change management plans.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of strategic transformation programs.
Collaborate with program teams to define scope, objectives, and timelines.
Establish fit-for-purpose governance and operating cadences for effective delivery.
Monitor progress, risks, and issues.
Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on the progress and impact of in-flight initiatives.
Work closely with all relevant teams to understand pain points and business requirements.
Foster a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Collaborate with other Strategic Program Leads to ensure a unified approach to transformation.

- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Showcase strong project management skills with a track record of excellence in delivery.
Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
Have experience in driving organisational change and knowledge of change management frameworks.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, able to clearly articulate a vision, and possess the ability to flex between short and long-term objectives.
Exhibit innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and present strategic options for consideration.
Showcase a proven history of adaptive leadership to create optimal people and performance outcomes.
