TSA Group is an Australian-owned business specialising in helping companies acquire, retain, and grow their consumer customer bases. We represent some of Australia and New Zealand’s largest brands, across eight call centres in Australia and internationally.
To continue this journey, we have created a new role: Senior Manager, Training Delivery. Reporting to the Group Manager of Training, this role will work closely and collaboratively with the Training Delivery leadership team across various locations and other key stakeholders.
The Senior Manager of Training Delivery is accountable for ensuring the seamless and effective delivery of our induction programs and ongoing training initiatives, cultivating an environment conducive to positive learning outcomes that align with our strategic objectives.
In this pivotal role, you will align operational plans with directives from TSA’s Executive and Group Leadership team to drive commercial success and foster talent development, while promoting a culture of continuous learning to support professional growth and organisational advancement.
Central to your responsibilities is the mentorship and development of training leaders. You will offer invaluable insights into performance metrics and translate these findings into actionable strategies that propel business growth and innovation.
So, who are you?
- 3+ years of mid-level leadership management experience
- Experience in learning and development with a deep understanding of modern learning methodologies and delivery methods
- Proven track record in contributing to and developing strategy
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing logistical training/ramp plans across various locations
- Self-directed but thrive on team collaboration
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence at various levels
- Holistic view of opportunities, seeing things from every angle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure
