Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to take ownership of developing and executing B2B & B2C marketing strategy as they scale up across ANZ.

A family owned and operated Australian business, our client owns and manages 2 premium brands in the architectural / interiors arena. The team are close knit, supportive, collaborative, and inclusive.
The Role & Responsibilities:
The Senior Marketing Communications Manager will lead all marketing strategy and initiatives for both brands, focused on identifying opportunities for growth in the B2B and B2C segments across ANZ.
Reporting directly to the CEO, with some support from a junior from each brand, this is an exciting opportunity for a self starter to jump in and make this role their own with a focus on:
- Development & ownership of aspirational brand identity for both brands
- Increasing brand visibility & revenue from both B2B & B2C market segments
- Managing all Marketing Communications, content, events (such as trade shows), and PR
- Supporting business development through sales funnel optimisation, looking at all touchpoint to ensure a cohesive narrative
- Developing commercial partnership and sponsorship opportunities capitalise on the power of influencers in the interiors space
- Leading & managing h the existing digital agency - website, social media, google Adwords, SEO.
- 8+ yrs Marketing Communications experience.
- Exposure to architecture / interior design / building industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent relationship building skills, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive new initiatives.
- Demonstrated experiencing growing both B2B and B2C segments.
- Creative approach & initiative to develop and drive new commercial partnerships.
- Commercially minded approach, representing the brands best interests at all times.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline.
