As a Senior Marketing Expert, Marketing Operations you will report into the Marketing Operations Expert Lead and support the management of Marketing Operations for the team.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution, and refinement of Marketing Operations governance, along with enhancing process efficiencies. A key aspect of your role will be to foster a strong culture of Risk and Compliance awareness, ensuring that all Marketing, Brand and Stakeholder Relations (MBSR) workflows align with both internal business standards and external regulatory requirements.
Your focus will be on driving operational enhancements to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the MBSR team’s activities to meet the strategic business goals and KPIs.

What you’ll do
- Identifying potential areas of opportunity for process improvement and work with stakeholders impacted by the process to build/map and formalise/document new processes and controls to improve workflows and optimise the speed and quality of our Marketing output.
- Vendor and supplier management (relationship management)– with the support from Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Vendor Risk, and BCO, act as they key contact for all MBSR vendor relationship management processes and procedures. This includes management of periodic audits, contract renewals, administrative tasks. Overseeing and management of MBSR 3rd Party agency / vendor contracts. And, ensuring MBSR comply and applying any regulatory changes to the way we manage our vendors/suppliers. This includes CPS230 regulations.
- Support the implementation and assist (when required) with change management of Marketing Technology and Infrastructure. This includes management of MarTech technology – from day-to-day to supporting the MBSR team with troubleshooting issues.
- Act as the key contact (when required) for large strategic cross-functional projects; maintain oversight and oversee projects through to completion.
- Manage internal marketing documentation (i.e. Lodgment Schedule, QBR, operational processes, training scheduling, and Strategy packs etc.).
- Embody the role of a Risk and Compliance champion within the team – and support Compliance and BCO and work with/support the Marketing team to manage Audits, Issues and Events which are then prioritised and closed within targeted timeframes.
- Marketing delegate for Risk & Compliance policy & process changes: managing logistics, planning and coordination of relevant team trainings or actions.
- Strong project management skills - including forward-looking business planning,
- 5 + years’ experience in marketing. Particularly roles such as Marketing Operations, project management or business / resource operations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Well-articulated and proven ability to work cross-functionally to collaborate.
- Creative problem-solver skilled in building consensus and removing obstacles.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with proven project management abilities
