Senior Marketing Manager

In just a few short years Evolt has become a global player already selling to over 40 countries and we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Burleigh Heads. Reporting to our Chief Sales Officer, this role will lead our marketing team and develop and implement effective marketing strategies to take our brand to the next level and drive leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals on-shore and off-shore to execute marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, education and tech to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

This is a vital role for the success of our business. We are ideally looking for someone that has led a successful marketing team in a B2B environment along with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role (particularly with B2B), with at least 3 years leading a marketing team.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
