The primary responsibility of this position is to support the development of & execute on HUB24/Class customer channel marketing and customer engagement strategy.
The Senior Manager, Accountants, Auditors & Trustees will partner with the Leadership Team, Product, Analytics and Sales Teams to secure buy-in, cohesion and a ‘common goal’ culture and deliver on our customer experience vision. This role will also work with marketing specialists – digital, events, brand to drive the successful execution of multi-channel, integrated campaigns to achieve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic customer engagement plan that aligns with and delivers on the business goals.
Create detailed communication plans and strategies that foster customer relationships and improves the overall customer experience
Work closely with the Sales Team to deliver on campaign and event planning, and design targeted campaigns to support sales flow and acquisition targets.
Work closely with Product team to understand the product roadmap delivering on communication to maximise customer experience.
Delivery of sales enablement to support each campaign and help drive sales
Regular engagement with Class Leadership Team to understand business objectives & manage prioritisation
Regular monitoring and analysis to provide data driven recommendations to optimise activity and prioritisation
Coach, develop and mentor a team of two direct reports
What you'll need:
At least 7+ years’ experience in marketing and communication roles preferably within financial services.
Experience with marketing to accountants, SMSF trustees
Ability to deliver on marketing and communication activities to achieve targets
Builds relationships with internal stakeholders
