Reporting to the ECS ANZ Alliances Director, the Senior Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of executing and activating initiatives that drive our strategic alliances. Your role involves:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to craft overarching marketing strategies, including Arrow corporate activities.
- Delivering high-impact campaigns that generate demand and foster growth for Arrow and its partners.
- Implementing programs that resonate with our partners, with a focus on tangible business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in the following areas:
- Stakeholder Alignment: Your ability to work closely with both global and local teams has resulted in successful campaign localizations and program leverage.
- Team Management: You have professionally led marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Marketing Expertise: You are adept at creating comprehensive marketing plans and developing strategies that ensure market presence and dominance.
- Event and Campaign Management: Your experience shines in driving market recognition through events, sponsorships, and diverse campaigns, including digital outreach.
- Financial Acumen: Budget planning and control are second nature to you, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Sales and Marketing Synergy: You take pride in aligning marketing and sales functions, co-organizing lead-generating marketing activations end-to-end.
- Vendor Program Support: You support vendor demand generation programs, managing marketing funds effectively and tracking performance metrics.
- Communication: Articulating the marketing vision and strategy to internal teams and alliance partners is a key part of your role.
- Business Development: You excel at identifying and seizing opportunities for both new and existing business partners.
- Relationship Building: Your ability to develop strong, lasting relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders sets you apart.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of professional Channel Sales or Marketing experience in a similar role, ideally in the tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management and/or Communication
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Lead by example, reputation for results and wins through and with others
- Familiarity with vendor/MDF programs
- Passionate for Sales and Marketing excellence
- High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic organization
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Works well in a highly principled and ethical global environment
