About the role
A new 12-month fixed-term full-time opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a key strategic planning role, focused on customer, communications, and media strategy. This important role leads the development of customer communication strategy, including our approach to paid media planning and investment. We are open to applicants looking for full-time or part-time (4 days).

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Brand and Media, you'll lead the strategic direction for marketing communications and media for Coles supermarkets, to deliver ROI on marketing investment and land impactful positioning with our customers.
You'll also:
- Develop a strategic communications approach
- Guide frameworks across all areas including communications architecture, brand positioning and media, to drive impact.
- Work with internal marketing team and agency partners to deliver an integrated approach to our marketing communications via strategic briefing and planning
- Manage the input of marketing communications on the customer calendar to deliver the overarching marketing strategic initiatives.
About you and your skills
Ideally coming from a digitally enabled company background, you'll demonstrate experience developing and driving strategy and planning enhancements, particularly in customer strategy and media communications.
You'll also need:
- Strong media channel optimisation experience with a focus on digital channels.
- The ability to manage diverse stakeholders and competing agendas.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience translating customer insights into strategy.
