About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior State Marketing Manager to join our NSW team.
Ingenia Lifestyle’s national marketing team is undergoing a period of growth and change, with opportunity for a customer focused senior marketer to lead the NSW team. This critical role is responsible for the development, delivery and execution of marketing and product strategies for Ingenia Lifestyle’s New South Wales over 50’s residential communities and will drive project outcomes and commercial results.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor direct reports to support the achievement of strategic objectives and the continuous development of capability within the team
- Lead the ongoing management of place brand identity, ensuring consistency across the customer journey through all marketing, media, sales environments and collateral
- Develop and implement project marketing strategies for all NSW communities (in-market and upcoming), focussed on quality lead generation and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with sales, development and operational stakeholders to ensure delivery of project objectives
- Develop NSW’s marketing budgets ensuring marketing spend is effective, efficient, reviewed and accurately reported
About You
- Strategic property marketer with experience in greenfield project launches, managing creative, media and PR agencies
- Strong leadership qualities, fostering an enjoyable, collaborative and learning environment
- Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, eDM builder, content management systems
- Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications
- Flexibility and adaptability, proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to provide qualitative input into the strategic marketing plans
- Experience briefing and managing the output of agency partners
- Regular travel within the portfolio and greater business as required to attend site and strengthen frontline stakeholder relationships
