Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and develop and implement effective marketing strategies across our shopping centres in QLD & NSW to increase sales and traffic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.

About the role

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the QLD & NSW portfolio (ex Wollongong) that aligns with each centres’ Business Plan to meet the needs of shoppers and strengthen performance.
• Develop, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns and activations.
• Foster and grow retailer relations that support the delivery of centre campaigns and help to drive retailer sales and traffic.
• Manage each centres’ marketing budget in line with their marketing plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, local community groups and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the QLD & NSW marketing team and assist with head office projects as required.

About you

• Tertiary education in a marketing, business or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in a retail shopping centre or 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in a related industry.
• Experience in various digital and social media platforms
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to update digital platforms such as websites and social media
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies
• Experience in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite

This role will work across our QLD & NSW centres (ex Wollongong) with travel between shopping centres required. The role to be based out of Cleveland Central or Caloundra Shopping Centre in QLD.
