Job description

The Role
  • Marketing Strategy Alignment:  Work closely with the Growth Marketing and Field Marketing teams to understand overarching business/marketing goals and develop strategies that align Marketing Operations to meet these objectives
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and streamline marketing workflows, processes and systems to enhance efficiency and improve results. 
  • Martech Management:  Oversee and manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other marketing technologies, Plus evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Drive data-driven decision-making by analysing marketing data, generating insights, and producing regular reports on marketing KPIs. 
  • Lead Management and Optimization: Develop and maintain lead management processes, ensuring proper lead routing, scoring, and nurturing to maximise conversion rates and increase marketing-generated pipeline.
  • Campaign Assistance:  Collaborate with team members to build highly targeted lists and segments for campaigns.  Assist with the accurate and timely set-up of Hubspot campaigns and landing pages. 
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong cross-functional relationships with revenue operations, sales, finance, and other relevant departments.
  • Budget Management: Manage Marketing Operations budget, monitor expenses, and optimise spending to achieve maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
You:
  • Extensive experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in the B2B software industry - Experience with SaaS products and/or solution selling is desirable
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide practical insights
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Meticulous approach and strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
