The Position
Reporting to the Marketing Leader, you will be part of a team that is critical in driving success and growth for a portfolio of brands nationally. A varied and broad role touching all aspects of the organisation, responsibilities will include.
- Assist in conceptualising, planning, and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, participate in events, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics reporting tools, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
- Assist the Marketing Leader in managing marketing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring campaigns are executed within allocated budget constraints.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Involvement in the development of a competitive CRM program to ensure the company maximises customer relationships and opportunities.
- Assist in managing brand websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Responsible for ensuring marketing and promotional material is merchandised in accordance with brand values and within budget.
