We have an exciting opportunity to join our CDMO team as a Senior Media and Search Manager. Reporting into the Media and Search Director, the role assists the team in the management of all paid media with direct responsibility of maximizing media channel effectiveness, reporting, and to drive revenue and business growth.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Oversee and guide the Media and Search (SEO/SEM) strategy by channel to optimise division spend and time tracking by brand
- Provide media channel & activation expertise & advice to brand teams to drive growth (e.g. investment choices, # of campaigns)
- Identify and maintain technology partners and ensuring L'Oréal are working with preferred and ways of working are established
- Lead and develop key senior relationships to drive positive collaboration and effective media buying with L'Oréal's media agency, CDMO and division marketing
- Develop consistent and valuable reporting processes, collaborate with global teams to ensure technical excellence and accuracy with global reporting and local buying principals
- Manage spend in line with Market Mix Modelling Guidelines and support all teams with planning against the model
- Ensure Compliance and governance of media effectiveness (ROI & brand equity), strategic frameworks, buying principals & KPIs
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or Similar
- 8+ years relevant digital Media and planning experience
- Solid understanding of all digital disciplines (SEM, SEO, programmatic buying, social and influencer marketing, mobile, content, tech specific opportunities, DXPs)
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation and pitching skills to bring stakeholders on the journey
