We require a dynamic bubbly person to complement our close-knit team in a busy environment.  Only those with medical experience will be considered for this position. The position will be full time with half a day off each week.

We require a person who will be committed in growing our practice and has excellent communication skills.

You must be patient focused and ready to go above and beyond.  

Duties include but not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Greeting and checking-in patients
• Booking appointments
• Setting up and stocking consulting rooms
• Liaising with other specialists and GP's
• Processing incoming referrals
• Billing and receipting
• Adhere to processes and procedures
• Coordinating front reception desk
• Maintaining a busy diary

• Experience with Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience with Genie - preferable
• Able to work between the hours of 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Experience in medical field preferable

Uniform and undercover carpark provided.  No weekend work.
