Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader with proven experience in the Mortgage Broking/home lending industry to lead, manage and inspire a team of Senior Brokers within the Aussie brand. Our sales team is in an exciting period of growth and as a result we are adding additional sales leaders to the team.
You’ll be joining us in a very exciting growth phase as we take our brokers on a journey of change with new processes and systems, so the opportunity for fast-tracking your career is not only achievable, it is openly encouraged.
What you will do:
- Lead from the front in managing and inspiring a growing team of Senior Mobile Mortgage Brokers and driving them to achieve sales targets
- Identify the individual needs of each broker in your team, and use your business experience to help them grow their businesses
- Guide your team through an exciting period of significant change
- Consistently drive results and performance through the provision of hands-on leadership, training, coaching and mentoring, and championing the ongoing development of your team
- Play a key part in shaping team planning and operational rhythms
- Be actively involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new brokers within your territory
- Promote and monitor the utilisation of the Aussie Platform within the team to improve customer experience and results
- Manage internal Stakeholder engagement with our Associate, Customer Solutions, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Learning & Capability, Salesforce, Customer Experience and UX Teams
- Manage external stakeholder relationships with our lender partners.
- Experience in building a strong team culture
- Proven hands-on leadership experience in the finance space
- Data based decision making in a sales environment and experience working to targets
- Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment
