The Technology & Digital Solutions team also provide key support and security policy, frameworks, and strategy implementation.

About the role:
Reporting to our Squad Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and services to resolve problems and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
You have hands-on technical expert and will support (fix bugs), extend (new features) and develop new applications and services by performing various activities including technical design, estimating effort, code development, code testing (test driven development), automation to support the business requirements. As a Senior Mulesoft Developer you will provide technical coaching and mentorship to others.
Your key duties include:
- High quality software development, testing and deployment
- Manage and maintain business IT applications delivered globally, providing support and development services to agreed service levels.
- Investigate Incident, Problem and Request records raised through the Support Portal as required, prioritizing and recommending appropriate actions to support and resolve.
- Coordinating between business stakeholders, internal technology staff and third party (SaaS providers) as needed, manage upgrades, patching and outages and defect and enhancement requests.
- Undertake defect and enhancement requests for internally supported systems as agreed in line with SDLC standards.
- Follow the agreed release process to raise Change Requests and perform the changes in line with Change Management policies and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement activities through proactive review of processes, standards and technologies
About You:
- MuleSoft related Certification with significant experience in a similar role
- Experience with MuleSoft Development and API Design Experience
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud environment
- Expertise across different technologies including MuleSoft, Git Flow, CI/CD
- Enjoy working in a team based Agile environment
